Engineering Considerations
The transformer was engineered with a Yyn0 vector group and an impedance of 4.0%, ensuring compatibility with low-voltage distribution requirements. A dual primary voltage design was implemented using two groups of bushings, allowing selection between 0.525 kV and 0.55 kV during installation.
Loss performance was controlled with no-load loss of 0.48 kW and load loss of 3.1 kW, supporting efficient operation within its rated capacity. Copper windings were selected to enhance electrical stability and service life.

Project Outcome
The transformer was successfully manufactured and completed through standard factory processes, including assembly, oil filling, inspection, and routine testing.
The finished unit met the confirmed technical specifications and was prepared for packaging and delivery as a reference manufacturing project for oil-immersed distribution transformers.
